Born in Barcelona in 1995, Alex Rins is competing in the Championship since 2012. Showing his speed and talent already from his first races in Moto3, the Spanish has always been among the most consistent and fast of the grid.
Moto3 rookie of the year in 2012, runner-up in 2013 and 3rd in the final standings in 2014. Scoring wins and podiums every season, he moved to Moto2 in 2015. Again, in a new category, he was the rookie of the year (after 2 wins and 10 podiums!) and ended up 2nd on the standings. The following season he fought until the last stages and finally finished 3rd.
Alex Rins jumped to MotoGP in 2017. From his debut and up until now, he’s achieved five victories and 17 podiums. In 2023, he joins the LCR Honda Castrol Team family to keep fighting and adding memories to the books. Welcome on board, Alex!
